In your Dashboard, go to 'Business Details' and click 'Edit'. You can update your business name, address, phone number, opening hours, delivery options, and business description.
Yes! When editing your business details, you can upload a logo that will appear on your supplier page and product listings. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, or GIF, maximum 5MB.
All your products are listed in your Dashboard. You can edit product details, update prices, change stock status, or delete products at any time.
If your business has been listed by Palivo and you see a claim request, you can claim it yourself by clicking 'Claim This Business'. We'll verify your ownership and transfer control to your account.
On any supplier page, you'll find their contact information including phone number and email. For claimed businesses, hover over the 'Contact Supplier' button to see contact details. You can also click the button to see full contact information.

No, we are a marketplace platform that connects customers with suppliers. All payments are made directly to the supplier. We don't process payments or take commissions.
Using PalivoFuel to search for suppliers is completely free. We don't charge customers any fees. Suppliers can list their products for free.
